Vision Statement

The Zokpé Collective will stand as an interfaith community committed to educate and enlist humanity to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment; and to use all lawful means to carry out those objectives, we hold this as our vision

The Zokpé Collective will expand the holdings of our non-profit land trusts, that will support, preserve and promote the cooperative use of natural areas for the sustenance and support of our communal health. We are ever committed to offering ecologically-sensitive programs on our nature preserves that provide open public opportunities for recreation, education, scientific research and limited natural burial.

These programs are critical to our mission, because they result in related environmental benefits to the community and generate long term multi-generational public attachment to and involvement in the nature preserves. By fostering strong long-term family and community attachments to the nature preserves, these programs ensure that our preserves are socially, legally, spiritually and financially sustainable.

The Zokpé Collective will maintain a sacred repository of ritual and culture, for the well being of future generations. We welcome anyone who is willing and prepared to be of service

Mission Statement

The fundamental purpose of The Zokpé Collective is the spiritual development, cooperative support and benevolent service of people of African descent and their communities. We believe in the power of African wisdom as the ultimate healing agent for African people and subsequently the World.

Welcome Home

The Zokpé Collective
"It is when we live life as an act of service that we will discover, develop and deliver our purpose. This is our gift, to give freely and with a joyful heart."

The Zokpé Collective is a mutual benefit society rooted in the confraternity of Ancestral veneration. Our membership organization is committed to the continuity of the living wisdom of our Ancestors. We achieve this through Ritual, Land Stewardship, Militant Spirituality and the dissemination of Indigenous Spiritual Technology. We strive to create safe spaces wherein the evolution of consciousness, the maintenance of vibrant health and the manifestation of true abundance is ever present.

Conceived in Harlem, NYC, birthed in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, The Zokpé Collective is, at it's core, a sacred space for the continued renaissance of African-American spirit and culture. Our members include but are not limited to: artists, healers, educators, activists, diviners, shaman, and seekers. Our objective is to maintain a sacred repository of ritual and culture, for the well being of future generations. We welcome anyone who is willing and prepared to be of service.
